Recently have been through some tough times in life, recently divorced, selling my farm and need a new start. B.S. in Animal Science and have worked on a ranch of 500+ cows with 1700 acres corn and 300+ beans in central South Dakota. When times are tough, details count more. Can AI, heat detect, check pens w/horse or atv, pick out sick calves, treat calves, drive semi, run grain cart, work cattle, cut rake roll hay, fence and use TMR. Currently working at local farm store while I worked out marital issues, however current position may end in late June after fertilizer season ends.
Prefer cow/calf operation, commercial or registered; know Angus genetics and how to select for bulls that produce functional and efficent progeny. Willing to learn what I don't know and take on responsibility, love the life style.
Prefer CO,KS,NE,MO,OK,SD areas
